Wasn't NEW.

While my wife likes the product I'm not happy with the "amazon retailer" who sells it. When I received this item it was very clear it wasn't a "new" unboxed item. Had been opened and what looked like a finger scoop had been taken out of it. Label on bottom states not for individual sale so either a tester or part of a gift set. Guess it's back to brick and mortar stores for this kind of thing. Of course .. Caveat Emptor in all online shopping anyway. I have no idea if they would refund me for this but honestly it's not worth the hassle of trying. I just won't be buying from them again. Good luck in your endeavor.More detail ...
